هل الحصص مباشرة أم مسجّلة؟Are the lessons live or recorded?

الحصص مباشرة في موعد المجموعة الأسبوعي، يشرح فيها المعلّم ويشارك الطلاب بأسئلتهم، ولا نعتمد على تسجيلات جاهزة.Lessons are live, at the group’s weekly time: the teacher explains and students take part with their questions. We do not rely on pre-recorded videos.

هل أستطيع الاطّلاع على المجموعات قبل التسجيل؟Can I look at the groups before signing up?

نعم، تعرض المنصة المواد والمجموعات المتاحة لكل صف بمواعيدها ومعلّميها، دون إنشاء حساب.Yes. The platform shows the subjects and groups open for each year, with their times and teachers, without creating an account.

هل توجد حصة تجريبية؟Is there a trial lesson?

نعم، الحصة التجريبية مجانية، ويُحجز موعدها من المنصة في إحدى المجموعات المتاحة، ثم تقرّر الاشتراك بعد حضورها.Yes, the trial lesson is free. You book it on the platform in one of the open groups, then decide on subscribing after attending.

ماذا يرى وليّ الأمر في حسابه؟What does a parent see in their account?

الحصص القادمة لكل ابن، وسجلّ حضوره في كل مجموعة، واشتراكاته، ويضمّ الحساب الواحد الأبناء جميعًا.Each child’s upcoming lessons, their attendance in every group and their subscriptions, with all your children in one account.

هل تصل تذكيرات بمواعيد الحصص؟Are there reminders before lessons?

نعم، ترسل المنصة للطالب تذكيرًا قبل حصته بساعات ثم قبلها بدقائق، عند تفعيل الإشعارات على جهازه.Yes. The platform reminds the student a few hours before the lesson and again a few minutes before, once notifications are enabled on their device.
