توضّح هذه الصفحة الملفات التي يحفظها موقعنا ومنصتنا في متصفحك، ولماذا، وكم تبقى، وكيف تتحكم فيها. وهي جزء من سياسة الخصوصية.

1. ما هي ملفات تعريف الارتباط؟

ملف نصي صغير يُحفظ في متصفحك عند زيارة موقع، يسمح له بتذكّر تسجيل دخولك وتفضيلاتك. ونستخدم كذلك التخزين المحلي في المتصفح، المعروف تقنيًا باسم Local Storage وSession Storage، وتسري عليه القواعد نفسها الواردة هنا.

2. ما نستخدمه باختصار

ملفات ضرورية فقط. لا نستخدم Google Analytics ولا Meta Pixel ولا أي أداة تحليل أو تتبّع أو إعلانات، على الموقع أو المنصة. ولهذا لا يظهر لك بانر موافقة: الملفات الضرورية لا تحتاج موافقة، لأن الخدمة لا تعمل بدونها.

تحفظ غرفة الحصة في متصفحك اسمك الظاهر واختيارات الكاميرا والميكروفون، لتجهيز الغرفة في الحصة التالية. تبقى حتى تمسحها.

4. الأطراف الأخرى

لا تضع أي جهة خارجية ملفات تعريف ارتباط على موقعنا أو منصتنا.
يُحمَّل خط المنصة من Google Fonts، فيصل إلى جوجل عنوان الإنترنت وبيانات المتصفح الفنية، دون ملفات تعريف ارتباط.
روابط فيسبوك وإنستجرام وواتساب روابط عادية، لا تُحمّل أي شيء من تلك المنصات حتى تضغط عليها.
إذا فعّلت إشعارات المتصفح، تمر الإشعارات عبر خدمة الإشعارات الخاصة بمتصفحك.

5. كيف تتحكم فيها

من إعدادات متصفحك تستطيع حذف الملفات المحفوظة أو منعها كليًا، من قسم الخصوصية والأمان في كروم أو سفاري أو فايرفوكس أو إيدج.
تستطيع إيقاف إشعارات المنصة من إعدادات الموقع في متصفحك.

انتبه: منع الملفات الضرورية يمنع تسجيل الدخول وحضور الحصص.

6. إذا أضفنا أدوات قياس لاحقًا

إذا قررنا استخدام أداة تحليل أو قياس إعلانات، نحدّث هذه الصفحة أولًا، ولا نفعّلها قبل موافقتك عبر بانر موافقة واضح يتيح لك الرفض. ولا نفعّل أي أداة تسويق داخل حسابات الطلاب.

7. التحديثات والتواصل

1. What are cookies?

A small text file saved in your browser when you visit a site, letting it remember your sign-in and preferences. We also use browser storage (Local Storage and Session Storage), and the same rules apply to it.

2. In short

Strictly necessary files only. We use no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no analytics, tracking or advertising tool on the website or the platform. That is why you see no consent banner: strictly necessary files need no consent, because the service cannot work without them.

Live class rooms (live.emoreacademy.com)

The class room stores your display name and camera and microphone choices in your browser, to set up the room for your next class. They remain until you clear them.

4. Third parties

No outside company sets cookies on our website or platform.
The platform font loads from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and technical browser data, without cookies.
Our Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp links are plain links that load nothing from those services until you click them.
If you enable browser notifications, they are delivered through your browser's own notification service.

5. Managing them

In your browser settings you can delete stored files or block them entirely, under Privacy & Security in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
You can turn off platform notifications from the site settings in your browser.

Note: blocking strictly necessary files prevents sign-in and class attendance.

6. If we add measurement tools later

If we decide to use an analytics or ad measurement tool, we will update this page first and will not enable it before you consent through a clear banner that lets you refuse. We never enable a marketing tool inside student accounts.
